3. Why do we process this data?

We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes, in each case on a legal basis:

Quotation preparation and customer contact - basis: performance of a contract or at your request prior to its conclusion (Art. 6 para. 1 sub b AVG)
Tax and accounting obligations - basis: legal obligation (Art. 6 para. 1 sub c AVG)
Analysis and improvement of our website - basis: your consent via the cookie banner (art. 6 paragraph 1 sub a AVG) or legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 sub f AVG)

4. How long do we keep your data?

Quotation requests without order: up to 12 months after your request
Customer data for completed orders: 7 years (fiscal retention obligation)
Website analysis: up to 14 months (Google Analytics 4 by default)
Cookies: see the specific retention period per cookie in the cookie settings

5. With whom do we share your data?

We never sell your data to third parties. To provide our services, we engage the following processors - all under a processor agreement:

Vercel Inc (USA) - hosting the website. Transfer under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Railway Corp. (USA) - hosting of our CMS and database. Pass-through under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) - DNS, CDN and abuse protection. Transfer under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) - Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Maps (address validation).
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland) - Meta Pixel for ad metrics (only with your consent).
LeadConnectorHQ (USA) - our CRM for quote requests. Transfer under Standard Contractual Clauses.
DeepL SE (Germany) - automatic translation of website content (no personal data of visitors).
Anthropic, PBC (USA) - AI assistance for meta descriptions (no personal data).
Email provider (Resend Inc. or similar) - for sending offer notifications to us.

For transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, additional safeguards in accordance with the Schrems II ruling.
